Experiment report§ UV release glue on PET film

Many 3C products will have a protective film before they are sold to avoid damage to the appearance during transportation, and the customer will tear it off after purchase. In the past, the protective film was applied after the finished product was finished. The newly developed process must integrate the two together (Figure 1): UV release glue is coated on the PET pretreated with Primer, and then coated after curing. The hardened layer, four-color ink, and finally injection molded in the mold. The technical challenge of UV release glue is that it cannot contain Silicone, and that the hardened layer must be evenly coated on it, and it must not spit oil after the process of stretching and injection molding. When tearing off the protective film, a small amount of force must separate the two, and the release glue must not remain on the hardened layer to cause pollution. The UV release adhesive developed by us does not contain solvents. It needs to be stirred evenly before use, and then applied to the machine after defoaming. The release force after curing must be matched with UV equipment to make products with stable performance. After a long period of hard work with customers, Everwide has gradually expanded this application, shortening the process and making it more environmentally friendly. About Everwide § Make learning different

In addition to teaching methods and discussion, practical courses are also a good choice. A while ago, we tried a practical course on composite materials, allowing R&D colleagues in different fields to try other unfamiliar experiments. After a brief explanation, I immediately started. Everyone found this arrangement vivid and interesting (Picture 1, 2). In addition to the research and development courses, interns will also have instrument-related courses during their internships in the company, such as: basic principles, application operations and precautions... etc. In order to explain more clearly, the lecturer will first lead the interns to visit the instrument, and then explain and demonstrate the operation (Figure 3, 4). Different teaching methods can enhance the fun, and more importantly, let everyone actually learn. Although it is necessary to write test papers or experience at the end of the course... this is the less fun part... but it is also hoped that colleagues can transform the information into their own knowledge through the process of finishing the study.

Knowledge exchange § What are the types of packaging models for addition molding silicone?

The formula of addition molding silicone contains resins, hardeners, catalysts, inhibitors, reinforcing fillers, additives... and other ingredients. The common packaging is two-component type, and some formulas make addition molding silicone into single-component type. Two-component type is to separate the resin, catalyst, hardener and inhibitor into two parts, and then mix them before use. The biggest advantage is the better storage stability. The single-component type is to mix the above composition with the inhibitor or the capsule type platinum catalyst and store it at a lower ambient temperature. In the single-component type, the catalyst will exhibit high activity at high temperatures, which will cause the silicone to cure. It is the advantage of single-liquid type that it is not necessary to mix and use, but its disadvantages are the low temperature storage and heat hardening.

After watching the movie about the island, I sent a message to my friend: "Go, ride a bike!" So I booked this walk-and-go trip. Without paying attention to the weather forecast, the route and accommodation were decided only one day before departure. The destination is the cool container house Starbucks in Hualien. Departing from Miaoli at 6 o'clock that morning, the sky was covered by darkness all the way, and the cold air was mercilessly surrounded, and I felt fear and nervousness. It is estimated that I will be able to reach Hualien at 4 pm from the Zhongheng Highway, but after learning from the General Administration of Highways that the Hehuan Mountain and Yushan Mountain were snowing, my heart froze instantly. Fortunately, my companion’s blood melted me, so I decided to go around from the north and change. North Cross Highway. It took nearly 11 hours to arrive at the entrance of Suhuagai, and it was 7 pm when I arrived. The weather was still not good the next day. After drinking the Starbucks, which was the focus of the journey, the 500-kilometer Long March began. When walking along the coastal road, the blue seascape instantly filled me with energy and felt the value of this journey. Seeing the beauty of nature is the driving force for me to insist on cycling. Although the long journey is often exhausting, passersby or riders give encouragement to beckon, compare or ride together, and the heart will regain strength and move on. When I arrived at the terminal station through Wanli Road, I said to my partner, Alu: "この旅は本当にありがとうございました." You may ask: "It's so hard, and you want to circle the island again?" I will answer: "Go, ride Go by car!"
